What the $20 a month is, and isn't
The build is bought once and owned outright — $500 for a one-pager, $1,200 for a full site. The only recurring cost is $20 a month for hosting, the SSL certificate, security patches and somebody noticing if it goes down. Pay it monthly or $240 for the year. It deliberately does not include changes: those get quoted when you ask for them, so you are never paying a retainer against work you did not need. Stop paying and the site is still yours — you just have to host it somewhere else, and we will help you move it.

The $30-a-month builder site your competitor has looks fine on a laptop and takes nine seconds on a phone on a bad signal in Riverhead. Half the people who tap your link never see it at all. Straight answers
How long does it take?
One to five business days for a one-pager, and about two weeks for a full multi-page site. You see the real thing on your phone before it is finished — actual photos, actual prices — and changes at that stage are included, not an extra.
I already have a website. Can you just fix it?
Sometimes. If it is fast and the bones are good we will improve it rather than sell you a rebuild. If it is a nine-second template site we will tell you that too, and you can decide.
Who owns it?
You do — the site, the domain, the hosting account, all in your name from day one. Plenty of agencies price ownership as an upgrade instead: one local shop lists $1,500 plus $250 a month for a site they keep control of, against $4,250 to own the same thing outright. There is no split here and no fee to leave.
Do you do the writing?
Yes. You talk, we write. Nobody has ever finished a homework document an agency emailed them, so we stopped sending them.
